A few years back I found out that I have allergies to cow's milk and products made of it. Run some tests and happens that goat's milk is much more friendlier. I buy Gordon's cheese and really enjoy, his products are excellent. Thank you for making delicious cheese

I found a few years ago that I have allergies to cow's milk and all products made from it. Run some tests and discover that goat milk and cheese is fine for me (in moderation). So now I can enjoy ones in a while goat cheese and Gordon's cheeses are excellent. Really love them. I very much appreciate your work and products you make. Thank you so much e
